Question 1

How long does it take to create a site?

Accepted Answer

Most users complete their site in 2–3 minutes. Templates include guided customization with live preview.

Question 2

Can I edit after publishing?

Accepted Answer

You can change photos, messages, and music while building — including if you return to a draft. Live published pages use the content from checkout.

Question 3

How do I share my site?

Accepted Answer

You get a unique URL, QR code, and one-tap WhatsApp sharing after payment. Perfect for surprises.

Question 4

What payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

We use Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets are all supported securely.

Question 5

How long is my wish available after I publish?

Accepted Answer

Published wishes stay online for about 6 months from publish, and photos and messages are stored for the same period. Checkout shows this window before you pay. Once the period ends, the wish page will show an expiration notice and associated content may be permanently removed from our systems.

Question 6

Are my photos private and safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Photo and music uploads require a signed-in account and are stored in private cloud storage tied to that account, with HTTPS delivery. We do not sell your photos or use them in advertising. Only you can access your uploads while editing.

Question 7

Who can see my celebration page after I publish?

Accepted Answer

Anyone with your private share link can view the page — so send the link only to people you trust. Links use an unguessable address and are not meant for public search listings.

Question 8

Can I delete my photos?

Accepted Answer

You can remove photos anytime while building your wish. For full deletion of your account and all stored media, contact us via the email in our Privacy Policy.
